Shipping Policy 

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping option (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Shipping) on all bodybycharlene.com orders over $130 shipped anywhere in the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated once the address is entered.

We are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 12pm PST, Monday through Friday are processed within 2 business days with the possible exception of peak holiday sales days.

International Shipping Policy

Bodybycharlenel is capable of shipping international. We use a third-party application to calculate both shipping and taxes and duties so we can collect and share with you the landed cost at checkout. Our goal is to streamline this as much as possible to get you the best experience possible.

Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees for international orders.

Refused shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Bodybycharlene, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Bodybycharlene. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
